USA Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping - Starts at $4.99 (shipping rates are determined by package weight and location)

Free Shipping - We offer free shipping to the continental US on all orders of $169 or more. Shipping carrier will be determined by us when using this option.

Order Processing Times 

All orders consisting of in stock items will be processed and shipped no later than the following business day. Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 12 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

Pre-Order Shipping Times

Pre-order items are items that we currently do not have in stock.  Please refer to the product page for the particular item you've pre-ordered for the estimated ship date.

Please note: estimated ship dates are NOT guarantees and are subject to change at any time due to shipping delays out of our control.  If a pre-order item faces a delay, we'll update the product page with a new estimated ship date.

Shipping Times (in stock items)

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

International Orders

International orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or DHL (we offer you the choice at checkout). International delivery usually takes about 8–40 business days.

International Customers please note: International orders may not always receive immediate or up-to-date tracking info. In most cases, this is completely normal and your package should arrive with no issues. If it has been more than 40 days and your package has not arrived, please contact us at support@odinpc.com and we will assist you.

Duties and Fees

Customs duties and/or fees are NOT included in your order total. You are responsible for any local customs duties or fees related to your order.

Package contents and order value cannot be changed when issuing a customs form as stated by US law. If you refuse your package, you will be held responsible for all fees incurred. These fees include shipping expenses, duties, customs fees or taxes incurred during shipping.
