          best customer service and mousepads

          I purchased this exact mousepad, but in the pink color. When it arrived the edges were very warped (different from the mousepad being rolled up) to the point that they wouldn’t go down no matter what i tried. i eventually got fed up with having waves on my mousepad messing up my gameplay, so i sent an email to their customer support team asking for an exchange, because these mousepads feel super high quality compared to any other mousepad i’ve had, the stitching on the edges are very very high quality. and within a day they reached back to me saying that i can keep the original pink one i had, and they would just send me a replacement for free, granted i had to go with the black one since that was the only one in stock, but honestly the black one fits my setup way better than the pink one did, so it was a win for me, plus the edges on this one weren’t warped like the pink one, it was just a little bit on the ends of the mousepad since it was rolled up when it was shipped out, but it only took about a day for them to flatten out on their own. overall i would give this company a 10/10, excellent customer service and excellent quality products

          Game Changing Pad, Incredible Customer Service

          The infinity strikes a perfect balance between speed and control- especially for tactical FPS play. At the 2XL size, I don’t think anything on the market touches it. Beyond that, Odin’s support is awesome. UPS lost the package (at no fault of Odin’s) and they generously offered to ship another at no added cost. Before they had a chance, the originally shipment was found, but the fact they were 100% willing to shows how dedicated to their clients they are. 6 out of 5 stars!
