Our mousepads come in four different sizes and each product page displays a size guide for the surface variant.

4. How do I clean my mousepad?
1. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water.
2. Lay flat on a clean, flat surface.
3. Apply a small amount of mild soap (e.g., Dove) to your fingertip (never use your nail).
4. Gently rub the soiled areas with your fingertip.
5. Rinse thoroughly under cold water until all soap is gone.
6. Lay flat on a clean, flat surface and air dry completely.
7. Repeat if stains remain.
Avoid: Cleaning with detergent-based soaps, alcohol-based products, scrubbing vigorously, or using rough fabric to clean.
*Use only cold water and avoid wringing the pad.

1. How long does US shipping take?
US standard shipping estimates are 1-7 business days. Expedited options include estimated durations during checkout. Shipping durations are based on carrier estimates and are subject to carrier delays.

US standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.99. Expedited options include respective rates during checkout

4. How can I track my order?

Any delays or rescheduled delivery attempts are subject to carrier processes and should be resolved via carrier customer service. If a resolution cannot be reached with the carrier, please reach out to

1. What is your return policy?
Product return requests must be sent via email to support@odinpc.com within 30 days of the order date.
2. How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and we will notify you via email. This notification will include the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. When will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds should be posted within 2-3 business days depending on your payment method. Shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Warranty & Repairs
1. Do your products come with a warranty?
At Odin Gaming, we believe in providing quality products that enhance your performance. As such, our quality products are backed by a 1-year warranty beginning from the date of purchase.
2. What's covered under the warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as improper usage, cosmetic damage, water damage, wear due to abuse, or other damage not related to the manufacturing process.
3. Do you offer repairs?
Odin Gaming does not support repairs for any products but supports replacements or appropriate refunds for products under warranty.

1. Do I need to create an account to shop?
